Joey Guest is a full service real estate professional at Steve Fusilier & Company, servicing communities in Central Florida including the Orlando, Lake Nona and Saint Cloud areas. Joey’s real estate experience includes Residential Sales, Short Sale & REO Property, Vacant Land, Investment & Income Producing Property and Property Management. Currently, Joey’s property management portfolio contains single family and multi family residential properties ranging from Downtown Orlando & the Conway area, to the Narcoossee corridor including the Vista Lakes, Lake Nona, and Saint Cloud areas. With an innovative edge on marketing and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Joey’s goal is to establish one of Central Florida’s premier, full service property management companies servicing both residential and commercial clients. Joey Guest is a life long Central Florida resident, born in Orlando Florida. Joey attended the University of Central Florida (UCF) until 2002 when he decided to pursue a career as a firefighter. In 2003 Joey became a state of Florida licensed Firefighter & EMT. During a competition later that year, Joey suffered a devistating leg injury requiring surgery and a six month recovery period. During his recovery, Joey co-founded a very successful e-commerce business and started investing in residential real estate in the Central Florida area and by age 23 had acquired five residential properties in Orlando. At that point Joey decided to help others achieve a successful real estate investment portfolio by channeling his passion for real estate and make it the driving force of his ambition!
